These are not dirty words, or anything to be ashamed about.  The PowerfulMe. initiative is working with our local Indigenous Elders, Knowledge Keepers and organizations to share the beauty and power of Moontime; Indigenous teachings of the menstrual cycle. 

We want to change the conversation around menstruation to end the shame that often accompanies this sacred gift of the feminine spirit.  PowerfulMe. is working to bring Moontime teachings to the forefront of menstrual health education in Canada.

AboutU. aims to reduce and eradicate period poverty by providing the BFree cup.  We aim to donate 100 cups a year to local organizations, such as the Sagitawa Friendship Society.
