We utilize Canada Post shipping. We ship every Tuesday, so if you place an order on a Wednesday, it will not be shipped until the following Tuesday. This is to allow us to keep our costs down to provide the best products for you.
In addition, if you live locally to the Peace River, Alberta, region, we can deliver the products ourselves, just pick this is an option upon checkout.

Please note that due to some shipping delays, sometimes, it may take 2-3 weeks. We do our best to get your kits and products to you in a timely fashion. We will keep in regular communication with you.
We aim to build trust and reassure our customers that you can buy with confidence.
If you are completely dissatisfied with the products that you receive then we can communicate over email to address the issue. Refunds are available pending these conversations (as our products vary in return policies).
If any items become damaged in transport, a new box will be issued upon request. Pictures may required of the damage.
